Experience

When I was growing up my parents always owned investment property and it was there, that I learned many aspects of the real estate buisness.  I loved to watch and help my father do repairs on their properties.  I bought my first house when I was 24 years old and still own that same house today.

I obtained my real estate license in 1987 and I am licensed in Oregon and California.

I have many years of experience with real estate sales and property management including buying investment property for myself.  I use this knowledge and the love of the real estate business to provide the best service to my clients.
